We have been going to OBX for many years. Usually stay on Corolla or Duck. Been to many local restaurants. This is probably so far one of our favorites. Not sure why we haven’t gone here before. The shrimp and fries on the photo were excellent. The seafood special was very good too. There’s an outdoor area with live music and ping pong tables. Good local vibes.

I have celiac and couldn’t recommend this place more! The vibe was great and the food even better. The owner is very involved and friendly, he said he started this gluten free operation when his mom was diagnosed with celiac. Lots of options and very safe, I went for the award winning crab cakes and Mahi Mahi bites.

We dined for lunch. We were a larger party of 8, we had to wait 20 min as 6 people per table max and we required 2 tables. Samantha was our waitress. She did very well taking care of everyone’s requests. Food was delicious, sweet tea was amazing. Highly recommend this restaurant.

This place is pretty cool 😎 The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable outside. There are a large variety of things to choose from...from tasty Shrimp and Grits, to Fettuccini Alfredo...there is something for everyone. Our server, Shenea, was phenomenal and very attentive. You should ask for her when you visit! If you're in the area, I recommend stopping in for a bite!

Great NC experience. Local NC grits are a star on several parts of the menu. Seafood is fresh and cooked to perfection. Staff is friendly and not bothered like some beach wait staffs. Breakfast is one of the best deals in this or any area. Tap Shack and outdoor area is a true relaxing family friendly hangout spot. Will be a recurring stop on any future trips out here.
