Delicious as always! Grab the chili when you can! Every sandwich is amazing and fresh. Daily specials, I tried the chicken quesadilla and turkey. Indoor and outdoor seating with a friendly kitty to say hi

Place seems not the cleanest (there’s mold around the air vents on the ceiling). But the service was great and the sandwich’s my wife and I were very happy with. There’s a decent amount of seating too. We will definitely be back next time we come back to town.

We had Hungry Pelican cater a 35 person event and everything was perfect! Sandwiches were delicious, there was a lot of food, it was conveniently packaged, and well-priced. Will recommend to anyone in the area looking for a caterer for a work event.

We enjoyed our visit to the Hungry Pelican. They had nice sandwiches and seemed to get pretty busy after we had arrived. They use Dietz and Watson deli meats for their sandwiches. The Godfather was a tasty Italian sandwich on ciabatta 🥪 A nice stop for lunch while visiting Manteo.

About as great a deli as you can ever find. I loved my Reuben and creamy tomato soup. My wife loved her smoking nutty chick.
