Stopped in for lunch. The vibe is really minimal, from menu to decor, but that’s fine with me. My husband and I both got a gyro and enjoyed it a lot. The only con was my chicken was a little dry, but my husband’s lamb & beef was not. They pre-slice some off the spit and keep it in a dish, but perhaps that doesn’t help with a meat that’s already lean. My husband tried to get a combo with fries, but they said they didn’t have fries. That’s their only option for a side, so I found it odd that they didn’t have any. He also asked the guy if the cabbage was pickled, as you couldn’t tell, and he said, “I don’t know.” That was it. No trying to figure it out or anything. I would go back simply because it was a quick and tasty lunch. The gyro was priced ok, but the bowl and wrap were starting to get a little steep when it comes to quick lunch options.
We ordered two Shawarma Bowls and one Shawarma Sandwich, everything was fresh, flavorful, and really good. The portions were generous and the service was kind and quick. Definitely a great spot in OBX for tasty food.
One small request: it would be amazing if they could add chicken tenders for little kids. It helps a lot.
Finally tried this new place in Kill Devil Hills and it did not disappoint. The lamb and beef shawarma bowl was delicious, everything tasted fresh, especially the veggies and toppings. And the baklava… sooo good. Super friendly staff too. Definitely coming back

Hmm. Was excited to try this new offering. 19 dollars for a bowl that looks like this and barely comes in at 8oz of total food by weight.
The beef/lamb was lacking flavor and it was frankly a bit dry and chewy. The basmati rice was cold and bland. I hate that I have to write this review. Added cucumbers and tomatoes and can hardly find either. It’s almost somebody sprinkled it on as if they were dashing salt.
Disappointing and low value.
