Awesome little restaurant with great food and service. Passing through town, we wanted a quick lunch, and saw this place. The server was very friendly and invited us to an outside table. We also had a dog with us, and she was welcomed as well. I had fish and chips, with a generous piece of the most flaky, delicious haddock. Others had the smash burger, and enjoyed that. Quality of food was great, and the friendly server made it a great lunch for us. Also, to mention the fried pickles and fried zucchini we had for starters, great as well. I would heartily recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Spent $140 at Uncle Ike’s for a family of 4 and had a terrible experience. Our server didn’t seem knowledgeable about the menu or drinks, the food came out lukewarm, and the Piña Colada had absolutely zero alcohol in it. There was nobody up front to seat us when we arrived, and overall the menu felt extremely overpriced for the quality and service we received.
As a tourist, I was referred here by a local and was really disappointed. Definitely would not recommend based on our experience.
We should have ran out the door once I read all the bad reviews. I gave them a chance and it’s definitely a disappointment. This is just a bar with low quality food. The portion to cost ratio could be better as well. Would not recommend.
This is a bar with mediocre bar food. The bar maid was nice, but we paid $30 for 1 margarita and a pina colada, while we waited 2 hours for a table. The waitress was friendly but didn’t know cost of the “market price” menu items. The crab cakes tasted burnt and bland. The shrimp & grits were greasy and bland with very few shrimp. It took 25 minutes for simple appetizers like pickle chips and French fries. Don’t waste your time or money here.
We were impressed with uncle Ike’s so much for our dinner that we stopped by again for some birthday celebration drinks and their late night menu!! Uncle Ike’s has some delicious drinks, great music, amazing food, and good vibes! We sat outside for dinner and we loved every second of it. The fried chicken dinner my hubby got was fantastic, the chicken tender meal was great and the burgers were good too! For the late night menu, the chicken wings and onion rings hit the spot!! The bartenders and staff were all so friendly, one gave us a great recommendation for a substitution of a birthday shot of 1942 (sadly didn’t have). the one he recommended (Clase azul) was so smooth! Highly recommended!
