My family and I had a wonderful experience sightseeing and looking for dolphins! We learned about the islands and local history as well as seeing so many dolphin pods and babies. Our guide, or captain I should say, John, was amazing! He answered all questions we had and made our experience feel more personal which was great considering we had kids. It was my four year olds first time on a boat and he had so much fun! We had a safe and exciting time and will definitely be back! Highly recommend.

We are a family from Chambersburg PA and our son was on leave from Alaska. We enjoy the great staff we rented a 10 platoon and had our service animal. They showed us a beach to swim where we captured some awesome photos. He gave us awesome fishing tips. This experience was great I plan to bring friends next year amdnrent again.
Their service is great and tours are superior. Family friendly, pet friendly and veteran friendly hands down book with this company for all trips.
I wish I could give 5 stars instead of 3 b/c almost everything was a near perfect experience except for checking in and being pretty much screamed at from behind the counter.
7 out of the 8 was paying with cash, 1 with card. When asked how we were splitting the payments, I said 2 ways, meaning I was giving her mostly cash and putting the balance on the card. Long story short, I guess that was not the right way, and when I was trying to figure out how she wanted it done she acted very rudely and raised her voice a few times repeating about how we wanted to split it.. it was jarring.
We figured it out and went on to have a really great experience with Caswell who went over our pontoon boat ins and outs.Both Caswell and Gabe was very friendly and informative and helped to make our night better. The sound was perfect and the water warm. We saw dolphins and went on to have a really great evening.
I get that maybe there was a bit of miscommunication or we were both understanding differently, but never should anyone handling the desk lose their patience or act as rudely as she did to paying customers. It was embarrassing and off putting.

We rented a 10-person pontoon boat from Causeway Watersports on Sunday for a 6-hour family adventure, and we had an amazing experience! From the very beginning, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.
Gabe did a great job walking us through all the details of the boat and making sure we understood how everything worked. Even though we had previous boating experience, we appreciated how thorough the instructions were. If you don’t have much boating experience, don’t worry they take the time to teach you, answer your questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and confident before heading out on the water.
The boat was extremely clean and well-maintained. We highly recommend anchoring out near Jockey’s Ridge it was the perfect spot to swim, relax, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Our family had such a memorable day fishing, watching dolphins, and spotting fish and turtles along the way.

Captain John took our family of 4 tubing yesterday. Our 15 and 20 year old kids loved the thrill of the ride. Our kids had a blast flying up and over the wake. And John was great when the parents got out there. Great music too!
