Went on a boat ride with Captain Kelly today to do some shelling. We went to 3 different places and found tons of cool shells. My family and I (1 preteen and 1 teenager) enjoyed spending the morning on the water. Captain Kelly was very accommodating and friendly. We found tons of sand dollars, but ended up releasing them since they were still alive. We had a group of 8 and Kelly had another boat lined up and we traveled from spot to spot together. Definitely recommend!!

We had a great trip! Last year we had explored with captain kelly and this year we had the pleasure of adventuring with his son (also captain Kelly!) thanks for another great year! We come from Corolla specifically for this crew as they are very knowledgeable and kind! (ALL living creatures were placed back where they had been found)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Countrytime Coastal exceeded every expectation we had! Captain Kelly is incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire experience unforgettable. Not only did he take us to the best shelling spots, but he also joined us in the hunt, helping us find amazing shells and teaching us about the different types we discovered. He was so patient with our 3-year-old, who needed a little time to adjust to wearing a life jacket and being on the boat. Captain Kelly never rushed us and made our son feel comfortable, and by the end of the trip he felt like family. The tour felt like our own private island adventure as we explored beautiful sandbars and places we never would have found on our own. It was everything I hoped for and more. As an added bonus, the tour is pet-friendly, which made it even more special for our family. We can’t wait to come back next year! Second year going clamming and shelling with Countrytime Coastal. It’s always a blast! Highly recommend. We got many large seashells in a number of different varieties. The water was clear and warm. Clamming was easy, fun, and we took home a bunch. The Capt Kelly (Jr or Sr) clan is highly knowledgeable on the area and will show your party a great time on the water.
