Lillian Street Beach Access

Lillian Street Beach Access is a public crossover from the road to the sand in Kitty Hawk, one of the many numbered- and named-street access points that make up the northern Outer Banks' beach-access network. Like its neighbors, it's built for exactly one purpose: getting from a parked car to the ocean without needing a hotel key or a rental house nearby.
