Marina and motel rooms on the working harbor in Hatteras village, steps from the ferry to Ocracoke
Hatteras Harbor Marina and Motel sits on the working harbor in Hatteras village, the southernmost of the strung-out villages on Hatteras Island and the last stop before NC-12 reaches the free ferry dock to Ocracoke. The property pairs boat slips with motel rooms — a combination that fits a village built around a real charter fishing fleet and sport-fishing tourism rather than a strip of standalone beach hotels.
The address puts it on Gulfstream Way just off NC-12, in the harbor area on the sound side of the village — a short walk or drive from the ferry terminal and an easy drive north to Buxton and the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse (currently closed for climbing, though the grounds are still worth the stop).

Great fishing choices. We went inshore and offshore. Both were great.
