Makai Soundfront Duck sits on Duck Road on the soundside of town, putting Currituck Sound's calm water and open sunset views close by. This stretch of Duck Road is an easy walk or short drive to Duck's soundside boardwalk, boutique shops, and restaurants, and it shares the quieter, more upscale character that sets Duck apart from the busier core beaches to the south.

Duck is one of the most walkable towns on the Outer Banks, and a soundfront address here means sound-facing sunsets are part of the draw, along with calm water that's better suited to paddleboarding, kayaking, and easy evening strolls than ocean surf.
