Dirty bathroom, cobwebs, dirty and sticky floor, musty and smelly room odor. Stayed the first night and woke up wet from middle of my body to feet. The ceiling was leaking water and the headboard broke. I alerted manager and told him I need another room. He said they’re booked so I told him I’m not staying another night and I did get a refund for the second day.

Had a fantastic stay its clean, quiet and pet friendly. I have stayed many place in OBX and the Mariner Inn is now my favorite. We had a first floor full kitchen and 2 queen beds. The grounds are lit up and the gazebo is beautiful at night. They have this door lock system that is your phone number which is really easy to use.

Have stayed here consistently for three years now. Staff is so accommodating, helping with early check ins, last minute bookings and finding the best advertised price for their rooms. You can hold your breath for walk to the beach, it's that close and you really can't beat the rates. We chose to extend our week vacation by two days, came by got a deal of a room and they let us park and set up early despite the times.
