An incredible location full of rich history and experiences. Michael was a phenomenal host who offered insight on the multitude of historical events, landmarks, and their significance. In addition, he offered tips and personal experience on local culture and places to go for food, fun, and experiences. Our only regret is not staying longer!

This is a beautiful place to stay in Manteo, NC. The owner provided us with a historical tour of the house and knows a lot about Manteo and it's history. The house was clean and quiet and is a great location with so many places within walking distance.

The Manteo House was a great discovery for us. We loved the beautiful house and the location was great. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shops and the movie theater. The owner is very friendly and he gave us a history of the home upon our arrival. We absolutely loved our stay and we definitely want to return on our next trip to the Outer Banks.

As we’re packing to head back home, wishing we could stay longer. The Manteo House is wonderful. Such a beautiful property filled with charm and (very) early American history. So glad we discovered this gem. We’ll be back again and again. Andy and Shelley Waldeck.
