Plain and simple dirty carpet stained tub hair on the pillow balcony area not cleaned had to do my own disinfecting going to customer service and request cleaning also bought candles for possible carpet odor ....never again nothing pleasant.

This hotel is a joke. Outdated which I can understand, but beyond that it was dirty. In all the pictures and descriptions that I saw using Expedia, this was close to the beach. It is far from close. The pool was the only nice thing about it. The tub would not drain properly, even after they had someone "check" it. The pressure for the water entirely was very poor. I don't recommend staying here. Yes it is supposed to be budget friendly and I know you get what you pay for, but this place was definitely not worth a weekend that we stayed!! AVOID!

The only good thing about this place was the location! We checked in July 23rd barely got our stuff upstairs before the elevator broke the first time during our stay! One elevator was broke since we checked in to the time we checked out the other one was constantly broken and just happened to be down when we checked out so I had to carry all the luggage down 4 floors of steps. The rooms are very outdated and dingy. The entire place needs a series remodel we did have an awesome view from our room of the weight brothers memorial outside of that will never stay in this dump again! And to top it off the morning of the 26th at 4:30 in the morning when we go to leave a cockroach was crawling down the wall over our bed!

Location was ideal. Staff were all very pleasant and helpful when needed. Rooms were clean and housekeeping would ask if needed anything daily. Thank you for our little vacation and will be returning.

This place is a complete dump. We were sent to a room with no sheets then a room with an employee staying in it. When we did get a room one room had no shower curtain and the other had no light bulbs! So we went to the desk they said they didn’t have any lightbulbs and couldn’t take any from other rooms so since we had two rooms, we got some from the other room and went to the dollar tree and got two lightbulbs. It took them three days to get a shower curtain. Nobody was ever at the desk when we needed towels since we had to use them on the bathroom floor to keep from slipping and falling. When I checked in, I asked what time breakfast was the man told me 7 to 10 there was NO breakfast. If you enjoy watching rats, you can get a lovely view of the rats running around the perimeter of the pool area.
