So appreciative of this man! Our TJ broke down in Salvo and we needed to get back to Kill Devil Hills. He picked us up immediately and took us home. Very thankful!

The gentleman I rode with was very nice and arrived when he said he would. As a new seasonal worker I was so relieved to have a nice shuttle driver. I have never dome anything like this but this experience makes me less hesitant to do it in the future. Also 10/10 would use again and I highly recommend this service.

Every company is only as good as it's employees. Island Hopper is amazing because of Ruth. She took my 91-year-old mother across the state of North Carolina for a family birthday party. The two of them each made a new friend and had a lovely day despite driving for over 8 hours. Ruth arrived when she said she would arrive, and put our entire family at ease. Thank you Island Hopper and Ruth!

So today I had to leave OBX and my bus leaves at 6:45pm(Greyhound bus station) So I called island hopper I got through to a lady and the ride was arranged and everything. Long story short I got to the bus station earlier than expected. So I just want to say thanks to Ruth, you are an amazing driver, you were on time, you are amazing and I hope that you will continue to do what you do best and continue to make others happy with your delightful service and I wish you all the best in life, again THANK YOU :)

I was out visiting our youngest son, & we found ourselves 25 miles north of our hotel in Buxto, when the wind started widespread areas of flash flooding! We made it 10 miles in an hour & a half, when the serpentine belt got to wet, & slipped off. We limped outta the 2' of water, & upto some dry road. We pulled well off the road, shut off the overheating engine, & brainstormed what to do. It was full dark by now, & the temp dropping into the 20's, & we decideded to leave the truck till morning, & call for a taxi. Island Hopper was super helpful, & came as quick as the road conditions allowed. They changed us a reasonable rate considering the storm, & we were super pleased with the service! 5 stars for sure!
