We had the best experience with Chase! I found a nail in my tire while on vacation in Corolla, and he came right to our rental house. He was incredibly communicative from the moment we called, arrived quickly, and had the tire patched in no time. He even topped off the air in the tire at no extra charge. Professional, knowledgeable, and an absolute gentleman. If you find yourself needing roadside tire service in the Outer Banks, Chase is the person to call. He completely turned a stressful situation into an easy one. Highly recommend!

We rented a van from Enterprise and was told it was AWD (which I now realize is much different than 4WD) and got 100 ft in on Corolla Beach and got stuck. Chase confirmed it was only 2WD and towed us back to the road. We had 7 kids with us and it was a Sunday evening past 6 PM and no way to get to our beach house. We had driven from Clevland, OH and had been in the car since 4:30 that morning—it was quite the adventure! Chase had an Excursion for us to rent for the rest of the week because Enterprise had nothing to swap for us. I am so grateful for all of his help because I’m not sure we could have stayed to enjoy our vacation because we would have had no way to get to the house! Him and his son were so kind and I’m so thankful to both of them!

This company does not deserve such a high rating. I called for assistance, and their representative answered “Talk”. No Hello or stating the company name…very unprofessional. Also the verbiage on where not to park is just ambiguous enough so they can get away with charging close to $300 to remove a boot. Obviously a “money grab” especially during the summer season in Corolla. Then showed up an hour after the time stated the rep would arrive. We rented the property through Village Realty and made sure not park in the parking space overnight.

Highly recommend ! Chase was great to us helped us out of a difficult situation on vacation. Was absolutely fantastic with mending my car to get it driving back to Pennsylvania.

HIGHLY recommend North Beach Recovery!!!! Chase was fantastic. We were staying at a house on the 4x4 beach without a 4x4 vehicle, great price on parking at his lot for the week, he transported us and was BEYOND accommodating. Very easy to work with and would DEFINITELY use his services again!
