Fantastic service!! Initially, I thought we'd be receiving the red bikes stationed out front of the rental co. Ocean Atlantic said they'd be over directly to drop off the bikes (this was around 2:30 p.m.). At 5 p.m. there were no "red" bikes in the bike rack, so I called. A very kind gentleman came to the hotel to show me the bikes were actually in the bike rack. When I told him I was expecting the "red" bikes, he told me he rented us the 2026 yellow bikes. He was so gracious and forgiving of my ignorance. The bikes were great. I really appreciated the wider seats, with lots of cushion. I would highly recommend adding a basket to your bike. We rode all around town and the basket came in handy. Definitely will be riding Ocean Atlantic bikes every time we visit Kill Devil Hills!! This time I'll make sure I know the color of the bike being delivered. : )

We had a great experience renting here. We had a kayak, paddle board and boogie boards. All looked brand new and were clearly maintained well. The pick up and drop off process was easy. I would probably choose delivery next time given the items are so large. Will be back for sure!

Great location, well stocked kitchen and good amenities. Really helpful with little kids to have a built in gate on top of steps and on the porch. My only dislike was the living room furniture- the couch way too big for that room and some areas you sink into, the dining room table also too big and doesn’t fit well- we are small people too. Otherwise, a good place!

Super friendly and easy to use for our one day beach adventure. Chairs were comfortable, umbrellas worked great and bogie boards entertained our gang. We had a great beach day off the Blackmen Street access point.

Awesome experience renting bikes from Ocean Atlantic Rentals. The bikes were well maintained and were a joy to ride. Drop off and pickup service was super convenient. Renting these bikes was a highlight of our trip. Thank you for everything!
