We can’t come to the OBX without renting a jeep for a portion of our trip, and outer banks jeep rentals is our go too! It is such an easy process and the owners are great. We have rented from them for the past 4 years and have had nothing but great experiences. They do a wonderful job going over driving on the beaches and everything it entails. Though we have explored both the northern and southern beaches, our favorite is driving north to see the horses. We love the beaches along with the experience. The ease of parking the jeep right on the beach and taking our chairs from the hatch has spoiled us! There’s no hauling beach gear across the beach until you find the right spot. You just park and enjoy. It’s been a game changer! Our kids also enjoy it every year. It’s just an amazing experience. Thank you for providing this service and for enhancing our experience along with our memories!

Great family owned rental place. It was easy to reserve online and when I called to ask more information, the owner was nothing but gracious and answer all my questions. He put on in a safe, efficient jeep since we were heading to Corolla with a toddler and baby! It was an awesome trip and we will definitely be renting from them when we come back!!

We rented from Outer Banks Jeep Rental twice this month with two different groups of people. (5 Jeeps total)Both groups really enjoyed them and they were a highlight of the trip. Make sure to plan around the tides so you get the most use out of them. Service was great! The owners were great! They are friendly and accommodating. They tell you where you can drive and suggest places to see the horses The jeeps were well kept and performed well. We will be renting again!

Loved working with John at OBX Jeep Rentals!! My husband and I were in town to photograph a wedding on the 4x4 beach. John went out of his way to make sure we could pickup and drop off our rental in a way that made the price more affordable, answered all our questions as first time 4x4 beach drivers, and made what I thought would be a tricky experience so easy! We will definitely be renting from OBX Jeep Rentals again!

2nd review: Rented again this year for our 2025 vacation!! Highly recommend. Amazing experience AGAIN!! Owner is so kind and easy to rent from. Jeeps are great, clean, and FUN! Worth every cent. It's even more fun the second year! Just got back from our 24hour rental! The jeeps look amazing, are comfortable, and clean. The owner gave us some great tips on where to go and the best areas! We were able to drive at the beach at Corolla AND Cape Point! Soooo fun! Thank you Outer Banks Jeep Rentals! We had a great time! It was worth the $$$$
